We are very proud and excited to introduce you to our new web-site!! You, as an owner of a second home or of
the professional market, have the opportunity to place your real estate advertisements with us.

After a visit with us, you will learn just how easy it is to advertise your real estate! Digital pictures and descriptions of your homes, flats, etc. will make your own home-page. The results will be on the net just after you have submitted them. Members of our office will do the translation into the French, German and Dutch languages at minimal costs.

Our site is only a virtual magazine and a search engine on which the visitors find a collection of the worldwide offers of real estate ranging from mobile homes to castles. We do not sell or rent for you. Your home-page is your own advertisement. If the visitor is interested in renting or buying, he/she will contact you from the internet by e-mail, phone or your fax number.

For the Dutch market we are using the name www.HolidayRental.nl and for the European, US and Far East market www.ResidenceRental.com

The costs for an object on our site are only € 50, --/US$ 50,-- a year, to pay after you have placed and seen your object on the internet. In comparing with a small advertising in the newspaper the cost of advertising on our site is rather cheap. For less then one euro a week your house on one of the two websites for a whole year.
